How to Play Moose Master

Setup
Shuffle the deck and place it in the center of the table. That's literally it.
Choose Moose Rules
Draw 2 "Moose Rules" cards. These rules apply to EVERYONE for the entire game. (e.g., "You cannot use your thumbs to pick up cards").
Play Turns
Go clockwise. Draw a card, read it out loud, and do what it says. If you fail or break a Moose Rule, you get a Penalty Card.
Winning
The game ends when the deck runs out. The player with the fewest Penalty Cards is the Moose Master!
